Focusing on the organisational aspects of AI Implementation, we will have a greater emphasis on the Legal, Ethical & Governace requirements in addition to Leaderships role in leading change, decision making and their long term commitment to funding, continuous improvement and measuring performance.

AI Leadership & Project Team, Ops & Functional Leads
With this teams primary role in deciding what will be implemented and how it will effect the business's existing work practices, future performance and work culture. The primary emphasis for this group will be to empower them as the Champions of Change and Project Leaders.

Many AI projects fail when the business leadership chooses what and when AI will be implemented. This group will be empowered to be involved in that process, how to be the conduit from which the real value springs, given their intimate knowledge of how work is done, where it can improve, and acting as change agents to the broader working teams.
